Project Manager

• Minimum 5 years experience in data, analytics, BI, Data Governance, Data Management, or Data Quality
• Practical knowledge of Data Governance, Data Stewardship, Data Lineage, Metadata Management, and Data Ownership
• Understanding of Data Warehouse, Data Lake, BI, CRM, and MIS environments
• Experience analyzing data and presenting findings to stakeholders
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban and priority management
• Comfortable working in business and IT collaboration environments

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of SQL
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools
• Familiarity with Informatica Data Quality, Collibra, Ataccama, or Talend
• Experience with Azure Data Platform, Databricks, Snowflake or other data platforms
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence

• Lead and manage teams with at least 2 years experience in leadership or management roles
• Implement and develop processes for monitoring data quality
• Analyze data and present recommendations to business and technology stakeholders
• Manage initiatives in project or program environments
• Effectively manage priorities using Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies
• Collaborate between business and IT environments

Services are provided in Warszawa with office presence required twice a month. The contract is based on B2B. Salary up to 160 PLN net + VAT per hour.
