Senior C++ Developer (Core Trading Systems, 100% Remote)

We are seeking a Senior C++ Developer to build trading systems for a well-established, U.S. Nasdaq-listed company developing advanced electronic trading solutions for various asset classes, including fixed income and derivatives.

• Experience building financial software or trading systems.
• Minimum of 5 years of C++ experience in a Windows or Linux environment, utilizing object-oriented techniques, robust testing methodologies, and high-quality coding standards.
• Strong debugging skills and the ability to understand a large codebase.
• Proficiency in multi-threading, the STL, distributed systems, and network programming.
• Minimum of 3 years of database application development experience using SQL and relational database techniques (preferably Microsoft SQL Server).
• Strong English communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience developing high-throughput, low-latency, and resilient software.
• Knowledge of Python and/or JavaScript programming.

• Develop and enhance core trading systems for fixed income and derivative securities.
• Work effectively in a small, high-performing software development team.
• Collaborate with both technical team members and non-technical business stakeholders.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of trading technology stack.

Working hours must overlap with New York business hours, preferably full 8-hour overlap (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET), minimum 6 hours overlap required.
