Wymagania

  • 4-5 years of experience in oversight or monitoring of infrastructure investments in sectors such as energy, oil & gas, railway, road, or airport.
  • Knowledge of process approach including modeling, improvement, and monitoring (Lean, BPMN 2.0), project management, and change management.
  • Experience working with operational documentation, instructions, and SOPs.
  • Ability to organize complex work procedures and translate them into clear process solutions.
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
  • Practical knowledge of process optimization methodologies.
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to derive recommendations based on data.
  • Communicative English language skills at B1/B2 level.

Obowiązki

  • Optimize and develop process maps, flow diagrams, and supporting operational tools like standards, instructions, checklists, and document templates.
  • Map, analyze, and improve processes related to the supervision of investments in offshore wind farms in the Baltic Sea.
  • Standardize working methods in the department, especially concerning project supervision processes.
  • Maintain a process repository ensuring documentation is up-to-date and accessible to all process participants.
  • Implement improvements and effectively communicate process changes to teams.
  • Ensure regular process reviews and updates in response to new business, operational, or regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor execution of key processes and oversee compliance with established standards.
  • Collaborate closely with process owners, area managers, and subject matter experts.
