• Minimum 5 years of experience managing SAP projects.
• Experience with migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA in large organizations.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate and S/4HANA Conversion methodologies.
• Experience with custom developments, integrations, and interfaces.
• Skills in risk management, scheduling, budgeting, and managing inter-stream dependencies.
• Proficiency in English for conducting workshops and negotiations.
• Understanding of ERP processes including accounting, finance, logistics, and sales.
• Experience in process analysis and modeling (e.g., BPMN) and translating to SAP functional requirements.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders at various levels including management.

Nice to have:

• Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or SAP Activate Project Manager.
• Experience with large capital groups and distributed teams.
• Familiarity with tools like MS Project, Enterprise Architect, Jira, SharePoint, and Redmine.
• Experience in utilities/energy sector.
• Experience with process modeling tools (ARIS, Enterprise Architect) and testing support tools.

• Represent the company in the migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA at the group level.
• Coordinate business and IT activities preparing the company for migration.
• Plan, organize, and supervise project execution including schedule, budget, and scope.
• Ensure compliance with quality requirements, standards, and methodologies.
• Analyze impacts of changes on business processes and existing SAP solutions.
• Coordinate customizations, extensions, interfaces, and local solutions for S/4HANA.
• Collaborate with group teams, integrators, and SAP vendors.
• Identify risks and prepare mitigation plans.
• Supervise SIT, UAT, and integration testing.
• Coordinate data migration and validation post-migration.
• Prepare status reports and information for Steering Committees and management.
• Manage organizational change and prepare end users.
• Support cutover and stabilization after production launch.
• Prepare final documentation, project settlement, and closure.
