Python Developer (K/M/X)

• Excellent knowledge of FastAPI (async, Pydantic, dependency injection, error handling).
• Experience designing systems and microservices: frontend, backend, API, REST, event-driven, Kafka.
• Familiarity with data/AI stack such as Airflow, Spark, Iceberg, Kafka, MsSQL, Oracle, S3 storage.
• Experience with LLM / RAG production: query orchestration, model integration, vector stores, evaluation, cost and latency control; knowledge of vLLM, LangChain, LLamaIndex, LangGraph or own solutions.
• Practical experience with Docker (Podman a plus) and Kubernetes/OpenShift: deployments, configmaps/secrets, probes, resource limits, Helm, routes.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Tekton + ArgoCD, GitLab, ADO.
• Practice in writing tests: pytest, unit and integration tests.
• Strong knowledge of Git and code review processes.
• Documentation discipline: API descriptions, README, architectural decisions.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles in design, code, and deployment.
• Awareness of typical web/API vulnerabilities and threats specific to LLM-based applications.
• Experience with authentication and authorization in microservices.
• Observability skills: structured logging, metrics (e.g. Prometheus).

Nice to have:

• Experience with Unit testing.
• Observability expertise.
• Network security knowledge.

• Design and implement microservices in Python.
• Productionize AI/ML solutions prepared by Data Science (RAG, ML services).
• Create and maintain standards: service templates, API conventions, tests, CI/CD.
• Deploy on OpenShift/Kubernetes using company's CI/CD pipeline (Tekton + ArgoCD).
• Collaborate with security team on deployments, access, policies, and reviews.
• Conduct code reviews of Data Science PRs.
• Pair programming on complex components.
• Deliver mini-trainings and sessions on Python, microservices, and security best practices.
• Maintain documentation including ADR and API contracts.
