AI Implementation & Project Management Specialist

EWT Truck & Trailer Polska Sp. zo.o. is the company offering the AI Implementation & Project Management Specialist role, located in Ołtarzew, Ożarów Mazowiecki, Warszawa, Poland.

• 3–5+ years in deployment projects related to IT, automation, AI, or modern workplace.
• Minimum 2–3 years of project management experience including scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and team leadership; certifications like PRINCE2, PMP, Agile/Scrum are a plus.
• Documented experience working in organizations with 100+ employees, managing multi-stage, distributed deployments with multiple business stakeholders.
• Experience working with Microsoft 365 tools: Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID.
• Practical experience with at least one LLM model: SaaS (e.g., Claude, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI) or local LLM (e.g., Ollama/self-hosted).
• Ability to design solutions based on LLM integrated with company data (RAG, document repositories, API).
• Capability to lead end-to-end implementations with full project management accountability for schedule and budget.
• Excellent communication skills with business, management, and IT including workshops, documentation, architectural decisions, and project status reporting.
• Preferably experience implementing BI reports and dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) including data modeling, report building, deployment, and user training.
• Proficiency in Polish and English (minimum B2 level).

Nice to have:

• Experience with GDPR (RODO) and compliance.
• Knowledge of GPU for local AI model inference.

• Manage AI and BI implementation projects including scheduling, budgeting, resource planning, and oversight.
• Analyze business processes to identify AI use cases such as automation, content analysis, and decision support.
• Select architecture solutions: SaaS versus local LLM deployment.
• Design and implement solutions based on Microsoft 365 Copilot, external models (e.g., Claude via API), and local models (e.g., Ollama/self-hosted).
• Implement Microsoft 365 Copilot with organizational rollout to over 200 users.
• Extend Copilot functionalities using Copilot Studio, agents, and API integrations.
• Set up and configure local LLM models.
• Integrate and manage SaaS models including key management, cost control, and prompt/response quality design.
• Design and deploy BI reports and dashboards to measure AI solution effectiveness and ROI.
• Communicate project status, risks, and decisions with management, business sponsors, and IT teams.
• Collaborate on AI governance policies addressing data, access, retention, and logging.
• Integrate AI solutions with security policies including GDPR compliance, confidentiality, and auditability.
• Work with Purview for labels, DLP, and retention during Copilot implementation.
• Prepare AI usage standards including prompting and scenario guidelines.
• Conduct training for end users and IT/business teams.
• Measure AI effectiveness and usage; report to management.
