ServiceNow IT Project Manager

Square One Resources is hiring for a ServiceNow IT Project Manager position focused on supporting the delivery of ServiceNow implementation projects within an international environment. The role involves coordinating implementation activities and managing stakeholders, cooperating with external delivery partners, and possibly participating in SAP-related initiatives in the future.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Business Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Proven experience in project management including project planning, resource management, project tracking and control, and budget planning and monitoring.
• Experience working with data and processes in both technical and business contexts.
• Ability to create, maintain, and adjust project, work, and budget plans.
• Good understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Experience delivering implementation projects based on enterprise software platforms, e.g., ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce.
• Practical experience managing ServiceNow implementation projects is highly preferred.
• Experience working with ServiceNow Agile Development 2.0 is a strong advantage.
• Ability to document project progress, communicate status updates, and implement corrective actions when required.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English skills (written and spoken).
• Ability to work effectively in an international environment and across different time zones.

Nice to have:

• ServiceNow certifications.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications.
• Previous experience as a ServiceNow consultant or implementation specialist.
• Experience working with global enterprise organizations.
• Experience coordinating projects delivered by external implementation partners.

• Manage and coordinate ServiceNow implementation projects from the client side.
• Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders, internal teams, ServiceNow experts, and external delivery partners.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Create and maintain project plans, work schedules, and delivery documentation.
• Track project progress against agreed plans and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and corrective actions.
• Support Agile project delivery using ServiceNow Agile Development 2.0 methodology.
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and ensure effective collaboration.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project status updates.
• Coordinate implementation activities with delivery partners responsible for technical execution.
• Ensure alignment with ServiceNow implementation standards and best practices.
• Support project governance, reporting, and decision-making processes.
• Work effectively in an international environment with teams located across different regions.

Project Descriptions:

• Implementation of approval workflows in ServiceNow to support executive board approval processes.
• Implementation of ServiceNow ticketing functionality for order management processes with global scope.
• Implementation of ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) / Project Management functionality to support project managers in adopting platform capabilities.

The role is fully remote with an approximate requirement of presence in the Kraków office about 2 days per week to support collaboration and engagement. The cooperation is planned to start in July 2026.
