Lead Fullstack Developer (AI Coding)

Moveli is a leading up-market, self-employed estate agency platform based in the UK with 95+ brokers and plans to grow to 1,000 in the next 5 years. They have built two internal apps: an AI Assistant and a core operations app.

• Ability to self-manage time and maintain velocity in a remote team
• 5+ years full-stack engineering experience with strong end-to-end ownership
• Proven workflow with AI coding agents and strong verification habits
• Strong TypeScript and React (Next.js and/or Vite-based tooling)
• Strong Python backend development (FastAPI-style APIs, authentication, service design)
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and async job queues (e.g., Celery)
• Proficiency with production Docker, cloud hosting, and deployment pipelines
• Solid security fundamentals: OAuth, OIDC, JWT, permissions, secrets

• Experience with AI

• Work with company founders to plan and manage development priorities
• Make full use of AI coding tools
• Build and improve features including UI, backend services, and infrastructure
• Design polished frontend experiences including chat UI and map/data-heavy views
• Build robust APIs, async/background workflows, and third-party integrations
• Own DevOps: CI/CD, deployments, environments, and observability
• Set pragmatic standards for testing, quality, and reliability
• Support and bug fixing
