Senior/Lead Machine Learning Engineer

• Strong proficiency in Python and libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Kserve.
• Experience with additional languages like Go, C#, or SQL is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure), infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm Charts), CI/CD, GitOps (ArgoCD), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Foundational understanding of machine learning, including supervised, unsupervised learning, and deep learning.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Proficiency in data preprocessing and feature engineering; experience with relational and vector databases.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• At least 3 years of software development experience including AI/ML.

• Design and maintain high-performance, scalable AI/ML infrastructure.
• Build and execute efficient ML pipelines.
• Serve models at scale.
• Create tools for continuous monitoring and improvement of AI solutions.
• Translate AI opportunities into deployable and sustainable products.
• Collaborate closely with data scientists, data engineers, architects, and DevOps engineers.
• Act as AI infrastructure expert during development of production-ready ML pipelines.
• Continuously expand knowledge in AI infrastructure, model monitoring/observability, and drift detection.
• Share domain and technical knowledge to guide others.
