System Analyst

Scalo is engaged in IT system projects, preferably in banking, involving business and system analysis with focus on modern technologies and internal mobility. The company promotes building personal brand by sharing expertise and organizes events to foster relationships.

• Minimum 4 years experience in business and system analysis in IT projects, preferably banking
• Knowledge of UML and optionally BPMN notations
• Experience with SQL databases and large datasets
• Knowledge of inter-system communication including REST API and KAFKA
• Ability to build algorithms and data models
• Ability to analyze logs, including with Splunk
• Experience conducting functional and manual acceptance tests

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Experience with Enterprise Architect and ServiceNow tools

• Analyze business and system needs and gather requirements for new functionalities
• Develop specifications and modifications in Enterprise Architect understandable for business and development teams
• Decompose tasks into user stories
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and testers for application development and support
• Perform functional testing and support manual acceptance testing
• Support backlog management in ServiceNow
• Analyze system errors
• Work remotely or hybrid from Katowice
