IT Support Specialist (L1/L2) m/f/d

Qarbon IT is a dynamic team of technology enthusiasts creating advanced, personalized digital solutions for clients worldwide. The team consists of over 50 specialists including Data Scientists, developers, and IT experts. The company focuses on engaging talented individuals in projects that inspire and enable development in the latest technologies. The position involves working directly at a production facility located in Radzymin near Warsaw for a client.

• Experience with operating systems, computer networks, and IT infrastructure
• Knowledge in cybersecurity
• Technical-informatic profile, practical rather than theoretical
• Desire to develop towards DevOps
• Independent, well-organized, and responsible
• Communicative and user support oriented
• English language proficiency minimum B2

• Maintain and service IT infrastructure at the production unit including servers, workstations, and peripheral devices
• Administer and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks including configuration of switches and routers
• Provide technical support for users at L1/L2 including software installation, hardware configuration, and problem resolution
• Monitor IT systems for performance, security, and availability, responding quickly to incidents
• Participate in onsite hardware and software deployments
• Maintain IT documentation such as tickets, changes, and audits
• Collaborate with the central IT team and coordinate activities with production personnel
• Ensure compliance with security policies such as GDPR and ISO standards
• Support Active Directory management
• Manage mail servers including local VMs, Home.pl, Microsoft 365, and Cyberfolks
• Secure mail systems and implement two-factor authentication (2FA)
• Create user mailboxes and profiles
• Configure and audit employee hardware, mainly Apple computers
• Support management of tools: Symphonie, Teta, Kuguar
• Conduct IT security audits
• Verify compliance with GDPR and NIS2 security requirements
• Develop and implement security processes based on NIS2
• Train employees and build a verification process for security knowledge
