CRM Manager (K/M)

Neontri is a company with over 120 employees, specializing in creating systems mainly for financial, banking, fintech, and e-commerce sectors. They also support clients in recruiting specialists through body leasing.

• Recruitment process consists of 3 stages:
  • Short (about 20 min) phone interview with HR
  • Online technical talk with the client (about 1 hour)
  • Online technical talk with the client (about 30 minutes)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM system implementation and IT or transformation project management
• Experience in CRM projects in the financial sector (banking, payments, FinTech)
• Practical knowledge of full CRM implementation cycle: requirements analysis, solution selection, configuration, integration, data migration, and post-implementation support
• Very good knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP CRM, SAP CX, or similar
• Knowledge of sales, customer service, marketing processes, Customer Journey, campaign automation, and customer analytics
• Experience with system integrations, SaaS solutions, working with API, and data migration
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies and experience cooperating with vendors and implementation partners
