[Ipsos MMA] Ai Engineer

MMA is building its first engineering presence in Poland as a small, high-trust team working on a modern AWS stack with strong collaboration with US-based engineering and product leadership.

• 4–7 years of professional software engineering experience building and shipping production systems.
• Demonstrated, hands-on experience with AI coding tools and a track record of using them to increase output.
• Strong AWS experience, including container and batch workloads (ECS, Batch) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
• Proficiency in one or more of TypeScript, .NET, or Python, with adaptability to work across all three.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment owning outcomes.
• Solid fundamentals in system and API design, testing, and CI/CD.
• Strong written English and ability to work effectively with a remote US-based team.

Nice to have:

• Experience as an early engineer on a new team, product, or site.
• Hands-on work with AWS Bedrock or other LLM/GenAI services in production.
• Experience in marketing measurement and optimization or related analytic fields.
• Familiarity with building data- or analytics-intensive applications.

• Design, build, and ship production features across the stack, owning your work from design through deployment and operation.
• Use AI development tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude, and similar) fluently to accelerate delivery, including scaffolding, refactoring, testing, and debugging.
• Build and run services on AWS — primarily ECS, Batch, and Bedrock — taking responsibility for reliability, performance, and cost.
• Work across the stack in TypeScript, .NET, and Python, with infrastructure managed as code in Terraform.
• Collaborate closely with US engineering and product partners across time zones, communicating clearly in writing.
• Contribute to engineering standards, practices, and culture of the new team.
