Digital Specialist (Specjalista / Specjalistka ds. IT)

IKEA Industry, part of Inter IKEA Group, is a global leader in wooden furniture manufacturing and an integrated part of the IKEA value chain. It employs about 15,000 people across over 30 production units in 7 countries. The company operates sawmills, panel production, furniture components, and finished furniture production.

• Experience in administration of Windows Server and Windows Client
• Experience with Microsoft Intune / MDM and user environment management
• Understanding of network basics and virtualization dependencies in IT environments
• Ability to diagnose and solve IT problems
• Basic data skills (SQL, Power BI, Power Platform) or willingness to develop them
• Understanding of cybersecurity basics (access management, updates, backups)
• Ability to work with technical documentation and maintain IT environment standards
• Clear communication skills with users and explaining IT concepts
• Good work organization and priority setting
• Independence, proactivity, and eagerness to seek improvements

• Maintain stable, secure, and uninterrupted operation of IT systems
• Solve real user problems and facilitate their daily work using technology
• Develop and improve systems supporting production with impactful changes
• Use data to make better decisions through reporting and process automation
• Manage modern IT environments based on Windows, cloud, and Intune
• Collaborate with business and suppliers to implement solutions driving company digitalization
