Engineering Manager (fixed term contract)

• Extensive experience in designing, building, and deploying solutions in AWS with focus on quality.
• Expertise in designing and delivering low-latency, high-throughput API systems using Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Proficiency in Agile, Lean, and DevOps methodologies.
• Writing automated tests (unit, integration), code quality enhancement, and continuous integration.
• Experience in at least one object-oriented programming language, framework, or platform.
• Experience developing CI/CD solutions and cloud infrastructure automation using tools like Terraform, Ansible, Chef, and Puppet.
• Commitment to Continuous Delivery practices.
• Passion for full team ownership of product lifecycle, including code, infrastructure, and support.
• Willingness to learn new programming languages or technologies.
• Ability to deliver high-quality products meeting deadlines.
• Strong collaboration skills.
