UI/UX Designer

H2B Group is a consulting firm that helps clients automate their business processes using AI, offering projects in industries such as fintech, medtech, edutech, and industrial automation. They support clients' growth and provide IT professionals with career development opportunities through the B2B model. The role is for an international, high-profile public institution based in Brussels, working on digital tools, platforms, and services for thousands of stakeholders across Europe.

• Minimum 6+ years of professional experience in UI/UX Design and digital product architecture.
• EU citizenship is strictly required.
• Readiness to work in a near-site/hybrid model in Brussels, Belgium.
• Expert knowledge of UI/UX tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, InVision, UXPin, Framer.js, and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, Vue.js).
• Hands-on experience or familiarity with corporate, component-based frontend frameworks (ideally corporate Angular-based libraries).
• Deep knowledge of W3C standards, WCAG (accessibility), and SEO principles.

• Creating user personas, user stories, user journey maps, and usability test plans to guide product development.
• Designing high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for complex enterprise systems.
• Conducting user testing methodologies including A/B testing, remote/hallway testing, and eye-tracking analysis.
• Working with and contributing to corporate frontend/component libraries, specifically Angular-based frameworks.
• Ensuring designs comply with UX best practices, responsive design, data protection/security standards, and WCAG/W3C accessibility guidelines.
• Creating visual layouts, iconography, graphic assets, and customizing internal knowledge-sharing platforms (e.g., Confluence).
• Collaborating closely with frontend developers, product owners, and business analysts in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Due to the nature of the institutional project, EU citizenship is strictly required. The role requires readiness to work in a near-site/hybrid model in Brussels.
