Senior network automation engineer

H2B Group is a consulting firm specializing in automating business processes using AI and advancing IT careers through the B2B model. The company offers projects in fintech, medtech, edutech, and industrial automation sectors and is part of the Euvic group.

• Hands-on experience with Ansible, NetBox, GitLab CI/CD, Python, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).
• Strong background in NetOps/SecOps automation and automated provisioning/configuration management.
• Knowledge of container networking including Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience with hybrid-cloud integration and enterprise/security networking.
• Eligibility to relocate to Brussels and work on-site 3 days a week (EU citizenship mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in large-scale enterprise, government, or regulated environments.
• Background in telecom and data-centre consulting with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Vendor certifications such as Cisco, Aruba, VMware, Fortinet, Check Point, AWS, Azure, or similar.

• Design and implement network automation using modern DevOps/NetOps practices.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) frameworks for scalable network operations.
• Automate device deployment via Zero Touch Provisioning (ZTP) and PXE boot.
• Build network configuration templates and automated testing pipelines.
• Deploy and manage containerised automation tools and services.
• Support data center, campus, cloud, and security networking.
• Implement network monitoring, telemetry, analytics, and compliance.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and cloud teams.

EU citizenship is mandatory. Relocation to Brussels with hybrid work model (3 days on-site, 2 days remote).
