AWS Connect / Genesys Migration Engineer

SNI is serving as a trusted IT Outsourcing partner working on projects worldwide with prestigious firms.

• Hands-on experience with AWS Connect; strong preference for experience with Genesys.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Minimum of 3 years of commercial software development experience.
• Strong business understanding of Contact Center processes, workflows, and solutions.
• Experience with Cyara (automated testing and monitoring).
• Knowledge of Node.js.

• Participate in the deployment and implementation of core Contact Center systems.
• Support and execute the technical migration from Genesys to AWS Connect.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain robust solutions using Python.
• Act as a bridge between business and technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proactively contribute to upgrading and optimizing existing Contact Center solutions.
