SAP Developer - AI Solutions

SD Worx is a leading European provider of Payroll & HR services with global reach. Their people solutions span the entire employee journey, from salary payment to attracting, rewarding, and developing talent. The SAP Developer will be part of a talented team of 30 developers and testers working on proprietary SAP Add-ons in the HCM area.

• Minimum 3 years experience in technical/IT or development/maintenance role at a software manufacturer or as a programmer, technical consultant, architect, or integration specialist
• Very good knowledge of at least one programming language proven by projects or certification
• Experience developing applications and cloud solutions based on REST APIs
• Knowledge of SAP technology/programming languages such as ABAP, SAPUI5 / Fiori, Java, JavaScript and Eclipse environment is advantageous
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL queries
• Familiarity with HR business processes, especially SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors systems is advantageous
• English language proficiency at B2/C1 level
• Completed 2-3 full-cycle projects
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
• Interpersonal and communication skills with customer focus

Nice to have:

• Understanding of AI principles including transformers, embeddings, vector and graph databases
• Experience designing narrow AI models including architecture selection, data preparation, and training
• Knowledge of ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LangGraph
• Practical use of AI tools like Claude Code, Microsoft Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot incorporating autonomous AI agents and AI-assisted development/testing
• Experience designing and optimizing prompts and agent behaviors for reliability and cost efficiency

• Work with new technologies such as cloud and AI solutions
• Collaborate on designing, developing, and implementing proprietary SD Worx SAP Add-ons in the HCM area
• Incorporate AI features into existing products
• Design and develop client functionalities and extensions
• Participate in SAP solution implementations covering architecture, technical specifications, and implementation
• Acquire and expand SAP development and extension expertise through projects and online courses
