IT Business Analyst

Roche Digital Technology (RDT) is a global team at the heart of Roche focusing on powering Roche through cutting-edge digital technologies, including artificial intelligence and data, to support healthcare innovation. This role sits within the Patient Reported Outcomes & Digital Health Technology division, dedicated to patient-centric data capture technology for clinical studies.

• Practical experience in business analysis, UX/UI design, systems analysis, or junior product management.
• Background or education in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare technology industry.
• High proficiency in generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) for scripting, front-end mockups, workflow automation, and testing logic.
• Strong knowledge of product discovery lifecycle, business analysis frameworks, data structures, APIs.
• Familiarity with GxP compliance or GDPR is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with clinical scientists, business partners, and engineers.
• Proactive, flexible "builder" mentality with curiosity to analyze complex workflows.

• Drive patient-centricity by converting trial participant feedback into actionable user experience requirements and minimizing data-entry burdens.
• Define product lifecycle by supporting pilot studies, gathering feedback, shaping roadmaps, and acting as System Owner for front-end applications.
• Leverage rapid prototyping using generative AI tools to build concepts, automate user experience testing, and document requirements.
• Contribute to strategy by mapping clinical study needs to platform capabilities and embedding AI tools into workflows.
• Maintain collaboration between technical team, external SaaS vendors, and clinical functions to manage alignment and data validation.
• Optimize performance by using pilot data to identify bottlenecks and implement agile practices to accelerate data workflows.
