- 2+ years of experience developing automation solutions using RPA platforms, preferably Blue Prism.
- Ability to design new automations and enhance existing ones.
- Strong technical skills enabling independent work across all development phases.
- Solid understanding of business processes and ability to convert them into automated solutions.
- Strong communication skills with clear explanation of technical topics.
- Very good English skills, both spoken and written.
