IT Operations Expert (K/M)

Alior Bank SA is a rapidly growing bank in Poland with IT structures supporting critical operational systems.

• At least two years of professional experience in IT Operations, NOC, IOC, or Production Support in critical environments such as banking, fintech, telco, or e-commerce.
• Knowledge of Incident Management processes; ITIL4 Foundation certification is an advantage.
• Ability to analyze emergency situations, work with monitoring and alerts, and initiate Major Incident processes.
• Practical knowledge of monitoring tools including Grafana, Zabbix, Zenoss, Centreon, Elastic Stack, and tools like M365 and JIRA.
• English language proficiency at intermediate level (B2).

• Monitor IT system availability and performance around the clock.
• Initiate Major Incident Management processes including Emergency Bridge activation and coordination until takeover by Major Incident Manager.
• Communicate and coordinate with technical, security, and business teams during incidents.
• Supervise EoD processes and monitor execution of critical banking processes.
• Coordinate remedial actions for process issues.
• Maintain monitoring systems.
