Java Developer

• Minimum of 2 years professional software development experience
• Deep expertise in Java for enterprise-level server-side applications
• Practical knowledge of Spring Boot for microservices
• Experience designing Microservices, using Kafka for event streaming, and building distributed systems
• Solid command of Oracle SQL, including queries, stored procedures, and joins
• Strong background in software testing, including unit and integration tests
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2+)

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Trade lifecycle domain and financial market processes
• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services, including Azure Web Apps and Functions
• Experience with JUnit and Mockito, knowledge of test automation and unit testing techniques

• Participate actively as a full member of a Scrum team, attending ceremonies and supporting workflow improvements
• Design and implement reliable, scalable core Java server-side systems
• Define and shape high-level technical architecture for epics
• Write clean, well-tested code with strong automation coverage
• Evaluate design proposals and verify code quality
• Drive continuous refactoring to maintain codebase clarity and health
• Perform thorough code reviews and mentor less experienced developers

A presence of 3 days per week in the office (Krakow) is required.
