Senior ERP Project Manager

This position is for a major international manufacturing organization operating at enterprise scale, focusing on ERP enhancement initiatives within sectors such as retail, distribution, manufacturing, or coatings.

• 5–8+ years of IT Project Management experience in medium to large technology projects.
• Experience leading ERP enhancement and optimization projects.
• Industry experience in retail, distribution, manufacturing, or coatings.
• Strong skills in project delivery: managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, quality, and governance.
• Experience with stakeholder, vendor, and cross-functional team management.
• Familiarity with structured PMO environments.
• Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.
• Experience with Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid methodologies.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
• Availability from August.

Nice to have:

• Experience with reporting and analytics, data integration, and business process improvement.
• Experience with project financial management and executive reporting.
• Dutch language skills.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple ERP projects.
• Develop and manage project plans, resources, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, IT departments, and external vendors.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and project governance.
• Lead stakeholder communication, requirements gathering, and prioritization.
• Oversee change management, testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and business readiness.
• Ensure compliance with project governance and audit requirements.
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and project financial management.
