Technical Product Owner (Core Team, AI technologies)

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies and no-code platforms.
• Deep understanding of data management and web technologies.
• Developer or system analyst background is beneficial.
• Expertise in product concept development.
• Proficiency in collaborating and integrating with technology partners to deliver joint products.
• Experience collaborating with teams on application architecture and making informed architectural decisions.
• Profound understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Competence in analyzing IT solutions market and understanding user needs and expectations.
• Capacity and willingness to work at both strategic and detailed requirement levels.
• Strong comprehension of technologies and methodologies essential for constructing highly available and high-performance web applications.
• Proficiency in English and Ukrainian languages.

• Collection and elaboration of business requirements from customers, partners, external community, and internal users.
• Organization and prioritization of requirements in the company’s information resources.
• Definition and defense of product concepts including grouping and detailing business requirements, market introduction strategy development, creating mockups, collaborating on UX/UI design, producing presentation materials, drafting user stories, and task assignment to technical writers.
• Conducting market research including competitor analysis and assessment of integration solutions.
• Leading SCRUM activities such as Kick-off presentations, Refinement, Planning, Review, and Retrospective sessions.
• Collaborating with the Scrum Master to enhance team efficiency and establishing and monitoring team metrics.
• Offering consultations for internal staff, customers, and partners on system adjustments to meet business requirements.
• Implementing product functionality using the platform’s No-code tools.
• Organizing and conducting training sessions for company employees on features of new releases.
