DevOps Engineer

At Zowie, we build AI agents that handle millions of real conversations every month, for brands like InPost, Empik, Decathlon, and Allianz. They track packages, sort out claims, and actually resolve the issues people bring them. We're changing how people interact with brands at scale.

• Minimum 2 years experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles.
• Strong ownership abilities with capability to drive projects end-to-end.
• Experience with GCP or AWS components: IAM, networking, compute, storage, managed services.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code in multi-datacenter/multi-cloud deployment setups.
• Stakeholder management skills balancing development, infrastructure, security, and product team needs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic can-do attitude.
• Good knowledge of CI/CD processes and approaches.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus.
• Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, Redis, Elasticsearch.
• Experience with AWS cost management and backup/recovery operations.
• Experience serving SaaS/enterprise customers with security and compliance focus.

• Work with AWS and GCP infrastructure including Infrastructure as Code, networking, compute, IAM, and secrets management.
• Implement secure access and authorization mechanisms including database authentication and audit processes.
• Communicate with stakeholders across development, infrastructure, security, and product teams to balance needs and provide solution plans.
• Collaborate closely with developers to understand workflows and constraints, improving developer experience.
• Own initiatives from requirements specification, through planning and execution, to successful delivery.

Nice to have:

• Experience with visualization tools like Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus.
• Experience with storage technologies such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, Redis, Elasticsearch.
• Experience managing AWS costs and running backup recovery operations.
