Workfront Specialist

• Strong Adobe Workfront administration expertise beyond power-user knowledge.
• Experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion for process automation.
• Ability to conduct discovery sessions and translate business requirements.
• Proven experience in migrating from legacy platforms to Adobe Workfront.

Nice to have:

• Experience setting up Adobe Workfront as a shared enterprise platform.
• Background in creative or marketing operations.
• Strong documentation and knowledge sharing skills.
• Experience with other tools like SharePoint, Monday.com and migration processes.
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud ecosystems.

• Strong Adobe Workfront administration including configuration, custom forms, access levels, queues, approvals, and workflow setup.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion for integrations and process automation.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Workfront solutions through discovery sessions.
• Migrate legacy work management platforms to Adobe Workfront, including process mapping, migration planning, cutover, and decommissioning.

Optional:

• Setup Adobe Workfront as a shared enterprise platform supporting multiple teams and functions.
• Background in creative or marketing operations.
• Create documentation, training materials, and enable users.
• Familiarity with other work management tools like SharePoint, Monday.com and migration support.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) and Adobe Creative Cloud.
