Senior ERP Project Manager

This role is for a Senior ERP Project Manager leading a portfolio of ERP enhancement initiatives within a major international manufacturing organization operating at enterprise scale.

• 5–8+ years of IT Project Management experience with medium/large technology projects.
• Experience leading ERP enhancement & optimization projects.
• Experience in retail, distribution or manufacturing/coatings industry.
• Strong project delivery skills: scope, schedule, budget, risks, quality & governance.
• Stakeholder, vendor & cross-functional team management.
• Experience in structured PMO environments.
• Knowledge of inventory management & supply chain processes.
• Experience with Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid methodologies.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification.
• Availability from August.

Nice to have:

• Experience with reporting & analytics, data integration and business process improvement.
• Experience with project financial management and executive reporting.
• Dutch language skills.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple ERP projects.
• Develop and manage project plans, resources, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, IT, and external vendors.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and project governance.
• Lead stakeholder communication, requirements, and prioritization.
• Oversee change management, testing, UAT, deployment, and business readiness.
• Ensure compliance with project governance and audit requirements.
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and project financial management.
