Product Manager - retail technology / hardware (k/m)

LSI Software S.A. builds modern retail technology solutions that help stores and retail chains operate efficiently, manage inventories, customers, and processes with full control and minimal documentation. The company is involved in developing proprietary systems used by clients in Poland and abroad, including innovative projects in AI, process automation, and SaaS solutions.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
• Experience in managing product portfolios and launching new products to market.
• Experience in tender procedures and preparing technical and product offers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and hardware specifications.
• Very good command of English (B2+/C1) enabling independent communication with manufacturers, clients, and technology partners as well as working with technical and tender documentation.
• Valid category B driving license.

Nice to have:

• Experience with hardware solutions or retail technology (e.g., kiosks, POS, self-checkout, digital signage, retail automation).
• Experience with custom hardware projects.
• Experience in creating and implementing product roadmaps.
• Skills in pricing policy preparation, margin recommendations, and product profitability control.
• Experience collaborating with manufacturers from Asia or Europe.

• Manage and develop product portfolio for kiosks and self-checkout systems.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from market analysis and customer needs through implementation to development and withdrawal.
• Coordinate the introduction of new products to sales and support sales and technical departments.
• Prepare product documentation, technical specifications, and sales materials.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and functional product enhancements.
• Build product standards and processes related to portfolio development.
• Collaborate with manufacturers, suppliers, and technology partners.
