Content Transformation Lead

The role is within the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on transforming regulatory labelling into structured content management to support global affiliates.

• Relevant experience in life sciences, Regulatory Affairs, or documentation management.
• GxP and quality management experience.
• Experience with documentation or content management.
• Process optimization and continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong analytical, communication, and planning skills.

• Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Regulatory Affairs or pharmaceutical labelling.

• Own and continuously optimize the affiliate content transformation and translation framework.
• Define migration methodologies, governance, quality criteria, and best practices in cooperation with the team and stakeholders.
• Drive quality assurance of migrated and translated structured content prior to affiliate acceptance.
• Collaborate with affiliates to prepare content for migration and identify improvement opportunities.
• Monitor migration progress, risks, and bottlenecks; implement corrective actions with team and vendors.
• Review migration outputs ensuring traceability, documentation and audit readiness.
• Maintain the catalogue of acceptable differences and migration rules.
• Support training, coaching, and knowledge sharing across affiliates and project teams.
