Embedded QA Engineer (On-site)

Our client is a specialized technology partner focused on developing innovative software solutions for the digital health sector, creating reliable and secure medical applications that improve patient care and safety.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Hands-on experience in testing embedded electronic devices, including debugging and interpreting complex system logs.
• Solid track record of building and executing functional tests.
• Proficiency in data validation and version control using SQL Server, Postman, and Git.
• Practical hands-on expertise with test management and bug tracking tools such as JIRA and X-Ray.
• Highly proficient English skills, both spoken and written.

Nice to have:

• Previous background working on projects within the healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with leveraging AI tools such as GitHub Copilot or LLMs to optimize testing workflows and interest in testing AI/ML features.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, particularly using Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of clean code practices, software design patterns, and Java (including the Spring Framework).
• Automation testing skills using Selenium, JUnit, and RestAssured for APIs.

• Design, run, and maintain robust test cases for embedded, web, and mobile medical applications.
• Validate product safety by strictly adhering to top-tier quality benchmarks required for medical devices.
• Draft and manage comprehensive test documentation to keep processes transparent and up to date.
• Collaborate directly with internal developers, analysts, and external QA teams to establish acceptance criteria, align on testing approaches, and resolve technical roadblocks.
