Production Manager (Smart E-Mobility)

Join an international project in Munich, Germany, focused on launching and scaling the final assembly process for an innovative smart e-bike and cargo e-mobility solution designed for the B2B market. This role offers the opportunity to build a production operation from the ground up in the e-mobility sector.

• Currently based in Szczecin or Wrocław with willingness to relocate to Munich.
• Several years of experience in manufacturing, production, or final assembly.
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing production processes.
• Strong knowledge of production KPIs, planning, quality standards, and process documentation.
• Experience leading production teams or coordinating technicians and operators.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, make decisions, and perform in fast-paced ramp-up environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Professional English proficiency (C1 level) required.
• German language skills are a strong advantage.
• Experience in automotive, e-mobility, electromechanics, mechatronics, modular assembly, automation, robotics, technical equipment manufacturing, diagnostics, or industrial maintenance is an asset.

• Design, launch, and continuously optimize the final assembly process.
• Prepare the production layout, workstations, work instructions, and quality standards.
• Define, implement, monitor, and report production KPIs.
• Plan, coordinate, and prioritize daily activities of the assembly team.
• Support production ramp-up and resolve technical and process-related issues.
• Train, mentor, and develop Industrial Technicians.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Collaborate closely with management, HR, Procurement, and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.

• Candidates must currently live in Szczecin or Wrocław and be willing to relocate to Munich for an on-site assignment.
