Wymagania

  • 5–8+ years of product management experience with focus on growth, acquisition, or PLG in SaaS companies
  • Proven track record of owning product roadmaps and shipping features impacting top-of-funnel metrics
  • Experience with product-led growth models including freemium funnels, self-serve onboarding, and viral sharing loops
  • Experience working with and influencing multiple teams
  • Strong ability to identify compounding product investments rather than one-off campaigns
  • Skilled at translating ambiguous growth problems into clear product bets with success criteria
  • Experience designing and scoping experiments and interpreting signals
  • Data fluency with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Hex, or Snowflake
  • Ability to design experiments with instrumentation and rigorous result interpretation
  • Deep belief and understanding of AI's impact on user acquisition, including generative AI and agentic workflows
  • Hands-on use of AI tools for research, prototyping, and experimentation
  • Comfortable collaborating with engineers and understanding technical tradeoffs, APIs, integrations, and automation platforms
  • Not necessarily an engineer but technically curious and fluent

Obowiązki

  • Own the acquisition product roadmap including freemium entry points and AI-native discovery surfaces
  • Define product surfaces and mechanics that drive top-of-funnel growth
  • Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to ship acquisition-related product features
  • Design growth systems including product loops, integrations, template distribution, and workflow ecosystems
  • Identify and leverage natural collaboration and sharing mechanisms for scalable acquisition
  • Develop strategies for emerging channels like generative search, AI workflows, agent marketplaces, and integrations
  • Conduct scoped experiments to validate distribution mechanics before full development
  • Maintain and drive a high-velocity experimentation practice with rigorous hypotheses, instrumentation, analysis, and learnings
  • Own acquisition funnel metrics such as traffic, signups, activation, and channel conversions
  • Collaborate across the company with engineering, design, marketing, and GTM teams to execute initiatives
  • Align leadership around evolving acquisition strategies and represent roadmap to executive stakeholders
