Business Intelligence Developer

• 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence
• Understanding of data warehousing architecture, data modeling concepts, and ETL/ELT best practices
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex querying, performance tuning, and data manipulation
• Expertise with business intelligence/data visualization tools (Microsoft PowerBI is a must)
• Proficiency with version control (Git)
• Flexibility to adapt quickly in a dynamic startup environment
• Effective and flexible communication skills for translating between technical details and business objectives
• Proactive communication style, comfortable challenging status quo and engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Self-driven and detail-oriented mindset

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with AWS data components like Iceberg, S3, Glue, and Redshift for transformation, ingestion, and storage
• Experience in AI-driven data structures development

• Own the full lifecycle of BI development: from gathering and challenging business requirements to solution design, deployment, and fostering end-user adoption
• Act as a key partner for business stakeholders and data engineers, translating business needs into robust technical solutions
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust Business Intelligence solutions using AWS Redshift, AWS RDS, Microsoft PowerBI, Git, and AI tools
• Develop comprehensive data models and build interactive dashboards using Microsoft PowerBI
• Perform both ad-hoc data analysis and build automated reporting solutions that empower business users
