• At least 5 years of experience in analysis
• Experience in complex IT projects involving business and system analysis
• Good knowledge of Angular and .NET, including system integration and high availability aspects
• Practical knowledge of modern frontend, backend, database technologies, and UI/UX topics
• Strong knowledge of business process modeling, analytical documentation, and test scenario creation
• Practical experience with Sparx Enterprise Architect
• Familiarity with UML 2.5.1, BPMN 2.0, and Archimate 3.1 notations
• Experience with tools Jira and Azure DevOps
• Basic knowledge of SQL and JSON for data analysis and verification
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business, project, and technical teams
• Ability to translate business needs into system requirements

• Analyze and specify business and system requirements based on project documentation and analytical materials
• Model business processes and prepare project documentation using UML, BPMN, and Archimate notations
• Develop mockups, use cases, user stories, product backlog, and test scenarios
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams to define and refine requirements
• Support design of solution architecture and integration with external systems
• Document processes related to ordering, execution, complaints, and settlement of services
• Work with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Enterprise Architect
