Margo is recruiting a Regular .NET Developer to work on building IT solutions for the financial technology sector. The position involves hybrid work with on-site presence in Łódź, Poland two times a month.

• Very good knowledge of the .NET framework.
• Ability to work with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Minimum 3 years of programming experience with C#, .NET (including v4.5), WCF, SQL, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), HTML, and ASP.NET MVC.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, jQuery UI, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Familiarity with Visual Studio Ultimate 2013.
• Knowledge of unit testing and test automation process.
• Experience developing web applications.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
• Practical experience designing and programming IT systems for financial institutions or similar enterprise environments.
• High degree of independence, goal orientation, and consistency.
• Excellent work organization, fast learning, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to analyze business and system requirements accurately.
• Effective cooperation with business clients, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers.
• High communication skills, inquisitiveness, and negotiation abilities.
• English proficiency sufficient for working with technical documentation and literature.

Nice to have:

• Understanding of basic UX design principles.
• Familiarity with AGILE and XP methodologies.
• Knowledge of PL/SQL and Oracle databases.
• Experience with CASE tools (e.g., Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect) and UML.
• Experience working in a matrix organizational structure.
• Familiarity with ITIL best practices.

• Conduct design and implementation work in IT systems including Oracle-based technologies.
• Collaborate with end/business users to gather and analyze data requirements for new solutions.
• Actively participate in internal software testing.
• Create and update technical and functional system documentation.
• Cooperate in the development of new solutions and define technical directions.
• Implement actions to improve data quality in systems and applications exporting data to the data warehouse.
• Support review of technical specifications and documentation prepared by third-party vendors.
