SAP C4C Consultant (f/m)

Bosch Polska is hiring for a SAP C4C Consultant to join their CRM team, focusing on the SAP Sales and Service Cloud (C4C) platform. The company specializes in high-quality technologies and services and offers a multinational work environment with professional development opportunities.

• Over 6 years experience as an SAP C4C consultant with both functional configuration and technical development.
• Proficient in configuring SAP Sales Cloud and Service Cloud business processes.
• Hands-on development experience with SAP Cloud Applications Studio (SDK/PDI) and ABSL scripting.
• Experience extending and creating custom OData/SOAP services within C4C.
• Solid understanding of integration between C4C and SAP S/4HANA or ECC.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• SAP Certified Development Associate - SAP Cloud for Customer certification is a strong plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Multiple full-cycle C4C implementations in a techno-functional role.
• SAP certifications in C4C and Development.
• Experience with front-end UI technologies like XML and JavaScript.
• Hands-on development of iFlows in SAP Integration Suite (CPI).
• Experience with C4C Version 2 and a portfolio of custom solutions or enhancements.

Hybrid Solution Design & Implementation:

• Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into solution design combining standard configuration and custom development.
• Configure SAP Sales Cloud and Service Cloud objects and processes.
• Architect scalable extensions using the SAP Cloud Applications Studio (SDK).

Technical Development & Enhancement:

• Develop, test, and deploy custom business logic using BODL, ABSL, and Ruby scripting.
• Create custom UI screens, mashups, and embed external applications.
• Build and extend C4C web services (OData/SOAP) for custom integrations.

Integration & Data Management:

• Design and troubleshoot integration flows between C4C and SAP S/4HANA using SAP Integration Suite (CPI).
• Develop data validation rules and business logic for data synchronization.
• Manage complex data migration scenarios using Data Workbench and SDK.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Design and build custom data sources, reports, and dashboards for unique business insights.

Governance & Best Practices:

• Act as subject matter expert, provide guidance on best practices, performance optimization, and release management.
• Perform code reviews ensuring documentation and alignment with SAP standards.
