Technology Specialist - Finance (SAP DRC)

Digital & Technology Team (D&T) is part of HEINEKEN Global Shared Services Center, focused on digitalizing and integrating processes, ensuring best-in-class technology, and embedding a data-driven culture. This role is within HEINEKEN Global Shared Service in Krakow, delivering innovation, strong technology, and advanced analytics to HEINEKEN to maintain technological competitive advantages.

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years consulting experience, ideally in the Tax domain
• Experience implementing SAP-DRC for reporting and e-invoicing in multiple countries
• Understanding of Tax Reporting and E-Invoicing processes
• Experience or understanding of SAP FI, SAP SD, and SAP MM
• Effective communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Team player with ability to work agile at all product team levels and influence consensus
• Ability to recognize and integrate multiple stakeholder perspectives
• Experience deploying solutions in complex Global programs
• English proficiency at C1 level

Nice to have:

• Architecture experience with Tax solutions
• Experience working with JIRA and ServiceNow
• Knowledge of ITIL processes
• Experience working in Agile environments

• Work within the tax finance platforms product team to translate business requirements into SAP-DRC platform solutions, maintaining global template design for tax reporting and e-invoicing
• Stay updated on relevant functional area developments and ensure knowledge transfer and retention
• Deliver functional enhancements by writing and reviewing functional specifications and test scripts on time and with quality
• Provide end user support for issue resolution, user acceptance testing, and training
• Manage solution quality and technical debt
• Identify and propose solutions for potential product bottlenecks to reduce complexity
• Guide and coach team members during the design process, embedding key product development competencies in the team
