Technology Procurement Consultant SaaS

Digital & Technology Team (D&T) is part of HEINEKEN Global Shared Services Center, focused on digitalizing and integrating processes, ensuring best-in-class technology, and embedding a data-driven culture. The Technology Consultant Procurement - SaaS supports the Procurement Digital Products Stream, delivering technical solutions and collaborating with Product teams and the Global Procurement Organization. The role is located in Kraków and belongs to HEINEKEN International's D&T department, which leverages advanced SaaS platforms to maintain HEINEKEN's technological competitiveness.

• At least 5 years’ experience in IT with similar responsibilities
• Experience with technical implementation and integration of IT applications
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical people
• Team player attitude and ability to work effectively at all levels in product teams
• Ability to understand multiple stakeholder perspectives and build on them
• Experience developing technical integrations between systems using middleware
• English language proficiency at C1 level
• Agile mindset

Nice to have:

• Experience guiding junior team members and driving development activities
• Experience working in an Agile team
• SAP Ariba SLP experience
• SAP BTP experience

• Work with the Stream Lead to understand, elicit, analyze, configure, document, and deliver technical requirements and solutions
• Keep up with relevant developments and ensure knowledge transfer and retention
• Work closely with the business to implement new applications and integrate them into HEINEKEN's IT landscape
• Deliver improvements on existing applications, enhancing quality and reducing technical debt
• Identify bottlenecks affecting the product and propose solutions to reduce complexity
• Self-organize within the team to plan and execute work without a separate management layer
• Provide inputs for budget and rolling forecasts related to Digital products stream and procurement costs
