Senior TestOps Engineer

The role is part of the Digital Factory at TechnipFMC, focused on accelerating the company's digital transformation by applying design thinking, agile methodologies, and lean principles. The team consists of balanced squads including Product Manager/Project Owner, Digital Product Designer(s), Software Developer(s), DevOps, TestOps, and Data Scientist(s), working together to deliver scalable services.

• Experience with test automation.
• Proficiency with Playwright using TypeScript.
• Ability to prepare and implement test plans.
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts.
• Experience with cloud platforms, ideally AWS.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies.

• Plan test-related activities ahead of releases in CI/CD pipelines.
• Enable whole-team ownership of testing processes, including unit, functional, and performance testing.
• Manage early detection of bugs before code commits to scale testing effectively.
• Use insights beyond test results to validate application quality comprehensively.
• Collaborate with developers to achieve a high-quality product.
• Write end-to-end tests using Playwright.
• Enforce continuous improvement of release process performance.
• Ensure quality of specifications by reviewing objectives and validating tests.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using CircleCi and GitHub Actions.
