Senior Technical Engineer - Hybrid Computing Divison

• Minimum 5 years of experience designing, implementing, and maintaining IT infrastructure.
• Higher technical education.
• Ability to implement and integrate solutions in both on-premise and cloud models.
• Practical knowledge of server solutions from HPE, Dell, and Lenovo, including management.
• Practical knowledge of storage systems: HPE, Dell, NetApp, including replication mechanisms and optimization.
• Knowledge of SAN network design and implementation (Fibre Channel, iSCSI) and configuration of Brocade and HPE switches.
• Ability to design, implement, and administer virtualization using VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V (experience with Proxmox is a plus).
• Very good knowledge of Windows Server operating systems (2016–2025).
• Knowledge of licensing for Microsoft products (Windows Server, Hyper-V) and VMware, Veeam, and Commvault.
• Ability to create project and post-implementation documentation and conduct client presentations.
• English proficiency sufficient for fluent communication.
• Independence, communicativeness, and proactivity.
• Valid driving license category B.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Linux at implementation and administration level.
• Experience with HCI/SDS environments: HPE SimpliVity, Nutanix, Dell VxRail, vSAN.
• Experience with backup solutions: Veeam, Commvault, Data Protector, and deduplication appliances (StoreOnce, DataDomain).
• Manufacturer certifications: HPE, Dell, Lenovo, VMware, NetApp, Microsoft.
• Knowledge of Disaster Recovery and high availability concepts.

• Design and implement Hybrid IT solutions: server systems, storage arrays, backup, virtualization, and operating systems in on-premise and hybrid models.
• Design and deploy solutions based on Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Hyper-V) and public cloud (Azure).
• Design and implement virtualization systems and Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) environments.
• Deploy and integrate server systems, storage arrays, SAN networks, and backup solutions, including preparation of pre-implementation analyses and post-implementation documentation.
• Support presales activities by selecting solutions and conducting technical presentations for end clients.
• Provide instruction and training to users on implemented solutions.
