System Analyst (SAP MM Consultant)

Join the internal domain team supporting and scaling Allegro’s financial and procurement systems. The role focuses on developing back-office logistics and material management processes, particularly in SAP MM (Procurement) and Vendor Management, contributing to S/4HANA migration and system optimization.

• Several years of hands-on experience in SAP MM system implementation, customization, or maintenance.
• Expert-level knowledge of SAP Materials Management procurement business processes, especially Procure-to-Order (P2O).
• Extensive experience with Release Strategies and Flexible Workflows for purchasing documents.
• Cross-functional knowledge of SD module or SRM is strongly preferred; warehouse management (WM/EWM) is optional.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA procurement standards, especially Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Contract (S2C).
• Experience with data migration and diagnostic tools like LSMW and SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps and basic ABAP debugging is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, agile mindset, and effective communication skills.
• Self-organization skills and ability to use modern engineering tools including AI assistants.
• Fluency in English (minimum B2) and Polish (minimum C1).

• Drive the full lifecycle of SAP MM/Procurement module implementations and rollouts.
• Manage Vendor Onboarding process and support supplier evaluation/scorecard tools.
• Participate in shaping purchasing architecture for the S/4HANA migration.
• Evaluate legacy procurement setups and promote modern S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement practices.
• Translate business needs into scalable SAP solutions and optimize procurement, purchasing, and logistics processes.
• Design, test, and execute integrations across the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) flow, managing touchpoints between SAP MM and modules like FI/CO and SD.
• Prepare project documentation, functional specifications, and user manuals.
• Conduct training sessions for business end-users.
• Take ownership of daily maintenance and support, resolving system issues.
• Support and expand AI-driven tooling and automation for SAP support and process optimization.
