Cybersecurity Project Manager (CSPM) (m/f/n)

For one of our Partners, we are looking for a Cybersecurity Project Manager for a long‑term project delivered for a European Union organization based in Warsaw.

• Comprehensive knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and controls, risk management expertise including Defence-in-depth and 'Zero-trust' Security Architectures
• Thorough understanding of IT and its application to business needs
• In-depth understanding of legal and ethical aspects of cybersecurity
• Proficiency in cybersecurity frameworks, regulations, and compliance
• Understanding of best practice security principles like ISO27001 or NIST cybersecurity frameworks
• Advanced project management skills including risk and quality management
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Vendor and procurement management skills
• Knowledge of security policies based on industry standards and best practices
• Broad architectural background with full-lifecycle experience delivering IT Security solutions
• Experience with project methodologies and tools: PM2, PMP, PRINCE, ServiceNow
• Experience managing cybersecurity projects for EU classified environments
• Experience managing resources, budgets, and priorities for cybersecurity portfolios
• English language proficiency at B2 level
• Higher education
• At least 10 years of IT relevant experience including 8 years in a similar position

Certificates (minimum 4 required):

At least 2 certifications in Cybersecurity domain:

• CISSP or equivalent
• CISA or equivalent
• CISM or equivalent
• ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Associate or equivalent

At least 2 certifications in Project and IT Service Management domain:

• PM2 Advanced or equivalent
• Prince 2 Practitioner or equivalent
• PMP or equivalent
• ITIL Foundation or equivalent

Equivalent certifications must be internationally recognized and accepted by the Contracting Authority.

• Manages project lifecycle and scope effectively and efficiently
• Establishes and manages project controls to meet milestones and deliverables
• Assures and controls quality of project deliverables
• Identifies, tracks, monitors, and communicates project issues and changes
• Liaises with Project Board and key stakeholders
• Assigns tasks, authorizes work packages, balances priorities, and motivates the team
• Plans and controls project product delivery processes
• Manages communication within and outside project
• Produces project management products like plans, logs, and schedules
• Prepares and presents technical reports and project presentations
• Organizes and conducts project meetings

This job requires initiating the process to obtain a Security Clearance certificate at RESTREINT UE/EU RESTRICTED level.
