FIU Analyst

• Minimum 2 years experience in Financial Crime or Compliance analytical investigations roles.
• Familiarity with transaction monitoring and blockchain analytics tools such as Chainalysis, TRM, Elliptic, CipherTrace, and Scorechain.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts.
• Fluency in English.

• Experience in fast-paced fintech or cryptocurrency companies.
• Certifications in blockchain analytics solutions.
• Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach.
• Practical experience in alert processing and analysis.
• Ability to contribute to AML program improvements.
• Interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and financial crime detection.

• Utilize transaction monitoring and blockchain analytics solutions to analyze customer activity and patterns.
• Review blockchain wallet screening, KYT alerts, and investigations to assess risk indicators.
• Conduct open source searches related to customers, counterparties, and transactions.
• Analyze transactional activity with internal systems and blockchain tools to make well-supported alert dispositions.
• Prepare clear alert and case dispositions for Suspicious Matter Report (SMR) consideration.
• Draft Suspicious Matter Reports (SMRs) when required.
• Discuss unusual findings with leadership and compliance to determine proper course of action.
• Ensure transaction monitoring alerts, investigations, and SMRs meet deadlines and SLAs.
