AI Engineer (K/M)

• Master's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in building and deploying Machine Learning/AI solutions in production.
• Proficient in Python with experience in scalable system development.
• Practical experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen.
• Familiarity with Generative AI including LLMs, RAG, and MCP.
• Strong skills in AI/ML system design, model selection, deployment, and monitoring.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for daily work.
• Documented experience managing projects from idea through PoC to scalable product deployment.
• Effective communication with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• Experience with A2A protocols and multi-agent systems.
• Knowledge of AI agent testing, monitoring, and reliability assurance methods.
• Understanding of AI security, alignment, and ethics.
• Familiarity with EU AI Act regulations.
• Experience in regulated industries such as banking and finance.

• Design and scale AI-based applications comprehensively.
• Prototype and validate AI use cases from PoC to full production deployment.
• Build solutions using Agentic AI and Generative AI, including LLMs, RAG, MCP, and A2A.
• Integrate AI with vector databases, APIs, and enterprise-class systems.
• Explore new AI tools and create PoC implementations.
• Deploy and monitor AI solutions in cloud environments like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Provide documentation, ensure compliance, and manage risk.
• Promote ethical and responsible AI practices.
• Mentor team members and share best practices in artificial intelligence.
