Specjalistka/Specjalista ds. Kryptografii kartowej

• Knowledge and practical experience with applied cryptography in payment card systems
• Experience administering and configuring HSM devices and managing cryptographic key processes in card environments
• Familiarity with Visa, Mastercard requirements and standards including PCI DSS, PCI PIN Security, and card production standards
• Understanding of card processes: Issuing, Acquiring, Clearing & Settlement, EMV, 3D Secure, tokenization, transaction authentication
• Analytical skills for log analysis and resolving complex cryptographic problems
• Ability to work accurately, follow security procedures, and maintain composure under pressure during production incidents
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with technical and business teams
• Willingness to participate in on-call duty shifts

• Administer and configure HSM devices used by card systems; monitor cryptographic infrastructure
• Manage key lifecycle: generation, import, export, rotation, revocation according to Visa, Mastercard, and PCI DSS requirements
• Support operational maintenance of authorization and clearing systems in cryptography
• Maintain secure communication between banking systems, payment organizations, and external partners
• Diagnose incidents related to cryptographic errors, EMV, PIN Translation/Verification, and MAC Validation
• Collaborate with card teams, security, infrastructure, providers, and payment organizations (Visa, Mastercard)
• Participate in security audits and ensure compliance with PCI DSS
• Create and update operational documentation, security procedures, and infrastructure reports

Nice to have:

• Experience administering HSM solutions: Thales payShield, Entrust nShield, Utimaco
• Knowledge of cryptographic standards ANSI X9.24, TR-31, TR-34
• Experience with key migrations and card personalization processes
• Familiarity with Visa and Mastercard Key Management systems
• Knowledge of authorization systems (Way4, Base24, Postilion, PowerCARD, VisionPLUS) and ISO 8583 protocols
• Experience with modern mobile payments: HCE, Apple Pay, Google Pay, advanced tokenization
• Experience in banking or card center environments
• Possession of industry certifications in information security or cryptography
