Obowiązki
- Analyze business and system requirements for insurance product sales solutions.
- Prepare analytical, functional, and technical documentation.
- Design integration between banking systems and insurance systems.
- Model business processes and support system solution design.
- Collaborate with business, IT teams, and external partners throughout project phases.
- Support implementation processes and testing of delivered solutions.
- Participate in developing sales and service processes for insurance products across branch, phone, and digital channels.
- Support bancassurance solutions for internet banking, mobile, call centers, and bank branches.
