Inżynier Danych (K/M)

• Experience with IT Service Management data integration, preferably with BMC Helix.
• Knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts, data storage and security, code version control, and ETL processes (experience with SSIS and Snowflake).
• Professional experience with SQL (preferably T-SQL), Python, and Apache Airflow.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Bamboo or Jenkins.
• Experience working with data on platforms including MS SQL Server, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, and Dataverse.
• Training or certification in Lean-Agile methodologies (Scrum or SAFe).
• Master's degree or higher in a STEM field, software engineering, mathematics, statistics, or related areas.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position.
• English language proficiency at a minimum C1 level.

Nice to have:

• ITIL Foundation certification or verified experience in IT Service Management (ITSM).

• Create a stable, scalable, and reliable BMC Helix data replication system operating in near real-time.
• Design and maintain architecture that ensures full consistency and highest quality of data following best industry practices.
• Take full responsibility for the data pipelines lifecycle, including design, construction, testing, and maintenance.
• Initiate improvements and implement innovations where standard solutions are insufficient (Troubleshooting & Innovating).
• Operate as part of a SAFe Scrum Team with a high degree of autonomy aligned with organizational goals.
• Act as a subject matter expert advising business and IT stakeholders on optimal technological solutions.
• Plan individual development path based on feedback and managerial guidance to enhance specialist skills.
