• Experience in banking, especially in credit area
• Strong knowledge of business and system analysis
• Ability to create User Stories
• Practical knowledge of UML (Use Case, activity diagrams)
• Ability to create and read UML/BPMN models, experience with Enterprise Architect or similar tools
• Knowledge of SQL
• Practical experience with tools such as Postman, Swagger or similar
• Experience in functional and manual testing
• Experience with system integrations (REST API, KAFKA)
• Ability to work with business stakeholders and IT teams
• Good command of English (B2 level)
• Independent and proactive thinking
• Developed soft skills
• Team communication
• Flexibility and planning/organizing skills

• Analyze and model business processes in the credit area
• Collect, document, and manage business and system requirements
