Wymagania
- Minimum 4 years of experience in banking sector projects focusing on digital client identity and customer service processes (remote and in-branch)
- Experience managing IT and business projects including development and maintenance of existing solutions with external suppliers
- Ability to deliver project goals within scope, time, and budget
- Knowledge and practical application of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 and Agile
- Effective communication with stakeholders and project teams
- Higher education in IT, technical, or management fields
Nice to have:
- Experience in IT projects in the financial sector
- Knowledge of multichannel customer service processes
Obowiązki
- Coordinating bank-side projects in cooperation with business and subject matter teams
- Managing the execution and progress of project tasks
- Identifying and defining necessary actions to achieve project goals
- Reporting project status, managing risks, and escalation
- Maintaining project documentation
- Executing additional project management tasks
- Project settlement including budget and final documentation
